Dill Pickle Burger Bowl

Course: Main Course
Cuisine: American
Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 –2 beef patties I used patties from Teton Water Ranch
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños optional
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped dill pickles
  • Thin-sliced red onion
  • Cheese of choice I used a blend of Swiss and Gruyere but ANYTHING would work

Pickle-Dill Dressing

  • 4 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Crisp the beef on the Blackstone or in a cast iron skillet.
  • Smash the patties thin.
  • Season and cook until the edges get crispy. Chop into small pieces, add the optional jalapeños and chop a little more.
  • Build the bowl: Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, cheese, and hot chopped beef. If you like it spicy, add a few more jalapeños to the top.
  • Mix the dressing: Stir all ingredients together until smooth. Add extra pickle juice if you want it tangy. Top the bowl and enjoy!
