Marinate chicken at least 1 hour (overnight for best results) Grill on the Blackstone!
Sauté garlic in olive oil or butter over medium heat until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Add rice and turmeric. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork, then stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and fresh herbs.
